Do you know that you are beautiful
Has anyone told you so
Your body is not a size 3
Nor should it be
You are the perfect you
Diets and fads would ruin who you are
Your smile reflects your beauty
Your eyes show the fantastic soul you have
Do not pay attention to the ads
Do not compare yourself to a starving model
You are not what ignorant people see
You are the woman you should be
You are beautiful
