We are not just writers
We are so much more
So much more powerful
We can give birth to new planets
And destroy entire galaxies
We can create a new human
Or kill a fire breathing creature
Wars are fought at our command
And breezes drift across our fields
Carrying scents from newly bloomed flowers
All created by our hearts and our minds
Yes, we may be writers
But we ARE so much more

the descendent of a long line
Cats have
been hunters since forever
Hunting in
forests history never knew
You became
gods when man understood
Your kind
were always noble creatures

time you have never changed

is modern man doesn’t realize it
Someday we
will learn about you
You can
tell us to kiss your a@@

what a god would do

are still a god

Human nature
Doing things
not normal
Looking for
adventure
Even taking
chances
Some people
live for that
Looking for
a new experience
So they
look around the world
Seeking a
new thrill
However very
few look down
And that
could be the place to look
It could be
hiding the best stuff
All just
waiting to be found
A Time Of War

The time of war is here
Not nation fighting nation
Not even brother fighting brother
The entire planet
Every man, woman and child
Must fight and have to die
How did we let our world get to that
A point where no one is safe
Where were the people to say no
Everyone has to lay down their arms
Calmer heads have to lead
Otherwise, we will not survive
And God would have made a mistake
We would have to be made extinct
Someone else would have to take over
Maybe the cockroaches would be a good choice
They could not do any worse than we did

A Cat’s Prayer

And prays for her to return

midnight
Almost perfect
in every way
A nice
gentle, drifting breeze
A million,
million stars above
And a gift
from the heavens above
A once in-a-lifetime

on me
As I sat alone
in the long grass
Yes, it
was almost perfect in every way
Except that
you were not beside me

not present that ring to you

not tell you how much I loved you

Was It Worth It

You did not see me
But I was close to you
I heard the gunshots
I saw my mom and dad fall
And I saw their eyes when they died
Why would you take them away
Leaving me alone to face life
I am probably younger than your children
That never mattered to you did it
I know you did not need them for food
And you did not have to use the for clothes
You simply murdered them for fun
Was it worth it to ruin a family

Losing Stress

Stress from today
Stress left from yesterday
And stress about tomorrow
It just keeps coming
Nothing can stop it
All you can do is deal
Once in a while just say screw it

Just set everything where it is

The stress will still be there
