Your Light

I have missed you for so long
I know you are still out there
We may be an entire world apart
Still, I can see your light in the distance
It appears as a lantern in the night
Even at this distance, it is brighter than any star
Leading my heart back to you
Telling me that my love is not lost
Causing me to think that there may still be a chance
A chance for me to love you again
And we can share our lives again and forever
