You want to run and hide

Try to destroy you

You cannot let it

You are stronger than it is

All you have to do is face it

Stare it down

Show it that you are not afraid

Your fear will back down

It will die inside of you

I promise that you will remain strong

You will live to see another day

All because you have a heart it cannot beat
