End Of The Year

2020 has not been a good year
Not by anyone’s definition
Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall
We watched them all from isolation
Now, the year is coming to an end
Just a few more weeks and 2020 will be gone
But it took one more shot at us
A beautiful virgin fall of snow
Untouched by anyone or anything
All we can do is admire it from inside
Somewhere Mother Nature is laughing
And the year goes on
