The Keyboard’s Poem

The Keyboard’s Poem
By Lord R.e. Taylor

3 A.M. and she could not sleep
There is a keyboard calling
Typewriter, tablet, or laptop
It could be any one of them
Or all of them at once
One of them made a decision
A poem must be written now
Not a moment could be wasted
She used all three keyboards in turn
Writing one line on each until all was done
The poem was not that good
But the keyboards were pleased
So, she got to sleep not knowing what she wrote
“What in the Hell is that?” came with the dawn
The poem was destroyed in an instant
Never to be seen again
