Your True Beauty

Your True Beauty
By Lord R.e. Taylor

How long have you been alone
There were people who loved you
So many people got married
So many babies got baptized
And maybe a few to many funerals
Still, you held your parishioners safe
Celebrated every life event
Then they all just up and left
Not one of them looked back
So not your age has caught up with you
But even if you are falling apart
You still have your own kind of beauty
Surely you still hold a lot of fond memories
All someone has to do is look at you
And you can see your life and how you lived
That my friend is your true beauty
