Cowboy Memories

Cowboy Memories

Late night in a saloon
A shot of whiskey
Followed by a beer
A six gun by my side
And a royal flush in my hand
Gunfights in the street
With a sheriff to keep the law
Tales of the old west
A world that I would love to see
I was born a century too late
I have to live that life through others
Gene, Roy and Tom Mix
Captured on ages old film
Memories that will last a lifetime
In our hearts mind and soul
The cowboy will live forever
