Nonconformist

Nonconformist

Today, I want not to behave
I don’t want to be like you
Working 9 to 5
Then going home and going to sleep
That just isn’t me
I want to go up the down escalator
Do a donut in a busy intersection
Maybe eat what I am not supposed to
You can be normal and follow the rules
But I know that isn’t me
So, I don’t even try
If you can accept who I am
And that I will never be like you

I think we could be friends
