The Final Lies

The Final Lies

I cannot wait for my funeral
Yes, I am going to be there
Sitting on the casket lid
A bottle of Jack in one hand
And a big old fat joint in the other
I will listen to every eulogy
And laugh at every one
I was not the great guy they talk about
I never was
I was a jerk and proud of it
But I can laugh
I know where I am going
And with all of the lies being told
I know that I won’t be alone
All of my friends will come down to join me

Maybe some sooner than later
