My Fear In Choosing

Standing on the edge
A shaky precipice below me
Vast unexplored areas before me
Must I choose if I am safe
Is the ledge too small for me
Are the open lands too big for me
I may never know 
Or maybe I already do
I may be just too afraid to admit it
