Monarch

Monarch
by Lord R.e. Taylor

As the night falls the moon will rise
And the first cold breezes of autumn appear
Some face their new life as a duel with survival
Living in the bareness of metropolitan asphalt
It is only then when the beautiful monarch
Takes a grasp of their own fate
Leaving the grimace of reality behind
Travelling thousands of kilometres
To a land where all lives come together
Animals, plants, and insects fuse into a hybrid
A domain, a home, for all to thrive
And survive a changing world
