Goddess Of The Darkness
by Lord R.e. Taylor
You are the Goddess Of The Darkness
Blind to everything humans do
Still, you watch and you judge our actions
And protect those who worship you
Yet you choose the ones who will follow your partner
As she takes them down the long-lost trails
Crossing the River Styx to their final rest
But there is never any mourning
The living know that no harm will come to the dead
And that belief will keep them going
At least until you deem them ready
