When we grew up Charlie Brown was the man
But we never knew when Charlie, Lucy and Snoopy died
They just disappeared without a trace
Sadly, kids today will never know ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’
Their childhood will be damaged if not destroyed
All from the loss of a great American Christmas tradition
