I was so happy
You brought me home
Loved me
Made me a part of your family
We would go for walks or rides
So many things I shared with you
But I was just a puppy back then
Over time I grew larger
You stopped loving me
I do not know why
But you took me for a ride
My tail was wagging
I could not sit down
Maybe you loved me again
Now, I cried as you drove away
Tied to a tree, I could not go with you
Just know that I still love you
And I will wait here for you
Because I know that you will come back
After all, I am still your family
