I count the days
Not looking forward
I look back in time
Back to moments with you
When we met and fell in love
The times we spent together
Living in each other’s arms
Sharing our dreams and wishes
And knowing life was good
But that was a lifetime ago
You were lost in the waves of time
In my mind though we are together
Time never passed
And you are still in my arms
Even if you are only in my dreams
