Sound Of Silence

Sound Of Silence
by Lord R.e. Taylor

It is deafening
Silence ripping through the air
You cannot see it
You probably would not want to
But you can feel it
Your nerves burn
Your muscles hurt
And your eyes blur
But you cannot stop it
Some look for those places
Most find the quiet too much
But everyone may make the trip
After all, it may make a great vacation
