Such A Short Time

Such A Short Time
By Lord R.e. Taylor

It is hard to believe sometimes
We only have a set number of seconds
Starting when we are first created
Some clock somewhere starts counting
It does not matter what we do
Nor does it matter what we try
The seconds are always counting
Someday, we won't know when
The clock with stop counting
We will no longer exist in time
But, if we are really lucky
We will find an eternity where seconds don't count
And we will be home at last
