A Woman Alone

A Woman Alone
By Lord R.e. Taylor

She spends her whole life
Watching everyone else
Walking the streets
Shopping in the local stores
And falling in love
She wants the same for herself
But she is locked in a tower
One which her mind created
Long before it became a casualty
From which she can never be freed
Her fears and nightmares will not allow it
So, she sits, and watches life pass her
As she wastes away
Eternally alone with her thoughts
No happiness, no achievements
Just her thoughts to mourn her
