Living By The Rules

What rules do we live by
We will never know
They change from day to day
No one will share them
Maybe they do not want us to know
So, although we try to be good
Obey everything they tell us
We always do something wrong
That has become our way of life
Not knowing the rules
And still living by them
At least for today
Tomorrow…who knows?
