Winter’s Last Grasp

Winter’s Last Grasp
By Lord R.e. Taylor

Winter refuses to leave
Reaching out its fingers
Clawing in the warming air
Trying to survive just another day
However, it is a lost cause
The flowers, trees and life will not have it
They demand their chance
So, winter must fade away
And watch until life has faded away
Then the world will allow it back
It will reach out again
And winter will be home once again
