Forgotten Soldiers

Forgotten Soldiers
By R.e Taylor

Millions of soldiers
In infinite wars
Fought for king and country
Dying for no good reason
Buried in cemeteries
Located in every country
Most are forgotten over time
Flowers and flags no longer appear
They just lie in their graves
With no one to visit them
An artist decided that was not right
He created mourners who endlessly stand
Giving the soldiers the respect they deserve
