Wishing On A Star

A million million stars
Every one a wish
Made by some who needs help
Maybe they need love
Maybe they need money
Or maybe they just need peace of mind
Some wishes are answered
Most are not
But that doesn’t matter
People keep wishing on the stars
I just hope that when my turn comes
And I look up into the sky to make a wish
They will have left one star for me
