A Rare Few Minutes
by Lord R.e. Taylor
It only lasts a few minutes
That time when day and night meet
The brightness of the sun fades
And the blackness of night appears
There are some birds chirping in the trees
Cooler breezes swirl carrying sweet smells
And the streetlights cast a golden glow
As everything begins its nightly rest
A peaceful calm covers the world
For a few hours, the area can sleep
And renew itself for the next day
