Forever Love

My darling
Love of my life
I said that I would love you forever
That did not mean for as long as we live
No, my love,
When I said forever, I meant that word
Forever is forever
It took me time to find you again
But I never gave up
My soul said to me that you were out there
Maybe you were also looking for me
But now the Fates have brought us together
And I promise that we will always be together
Just the way we always should have been
