A Song For Her

A Song For Her
By Lord R.e. Taylor

He may be a superstar singer
And the best songwriter around
But there is one song he will never sing
She was his love for many years
Never apart for even an hour
Then, that summer morning came
He woke up and saw her lying with him
Her eyes were staring at him
And her mouth was in the most beautiful smile
He kissed her good morning
But she was no longer with him
He never got over the loss of his true love
He still remembers her with all his heart
So, he silently mourns by himself
Singing a song that only she will ever hear
