I know you had a hard day

I can see it in your eyes

You woke up too late

Had to rush without breakfast

And you probably didn’t have lunch

Now, you know that takes a toll on you

You came home and saw me

I know that I am just so cute

So, you can just relax and pet my belly

I am pretty sure that will make you smile

I know I will smile if you do
