You are a warrior
You are a saviour
You are the protector of the forest
The animals may live and breathe
Safe to be the beings they are
Plants can be green and fertile
Spreading throughout the woods
Believe it or not humans do venture in
They admire your work
And most do nothing to harm it
Mielikki, warrior and saviour,
Protector of the green and wild,
Temple of breath, temple of leaf,
We praise you, we love you, we keep you
