Don’t Fear Fear

Fear is so strong
Fear that all will change
You may not survive
But nothing may happen
Everything will be the same
It is just your mind talking
Making up stories to scare you
Just as if there was a monster under your bed
Creating events which may not come
Events, if they do come, will do nothing
You will not be harmed
Nor will anyone you care about
So, turn off your fears and tell your mind good job
After all, it was one hell of a story
