Her Australia

She always had a single dream
One which so many have
Walking down a little used path
Through hundreds of giant gum trees
Koalas hanging in the highest branches
Kookaburras laughing as she passed
She doesn’t care where the path leads
Or what else it wants to show her
Everything she finds means she is home
She knows that it is all the Australia she loves
