The Speed Of Time
By Lord R.e. Taylor
I do not know who invented time
They didn’t make it right
It passes so fast that we can’t see it
One minute, we are playing on a monkey bar
Next, we must use a walker to move
Yeah, we can look and try to remember
Sometimes even that fails us
I know that we all complain about it
But nothing is ever going to fix it
So what if every year feels like an hour
We just have to accept what they decided
Just remember that time is truly fleeting
So in the next “hours” left, live a whole life
And do not worry, you didn’t make the rules
You just have to live by them
